My amazing friend Kelly Swanson has a budding photography business and enlisted my help in putting together a wedding photo shoot. She asked me to make cupcakes and i jumped at the chance to practice. These are some shots she took of my cupcakes in my home. :)

My first wedding cake!!

I was asked to do a wedding cake for some friends of mine in Kelowna. I was super excited and nervous because this was my first one and a huge responsibility, i think! But it turned out great! And they had a beautiful reception! English tea!!

Creating my own designs is the most fun though. :) Here are a bit of Martha and a

I took a basic cake decorating course and a wedding cake decorating course at Pacific Institute of the Culinary Arts, located on Granville Island in Vancouver. Loved it! Here is the result...

I learned a lot and I fell in love with cake decorating and Granville Island. :)
